Subcontract Agreement
The Registered Master Builders Federation and the Specialist Trade Contractors Federation jointly developed a standard subcontract agreement. The 2017 version is available electronically and is available for use on the condition that no changes are made to it other than by insertions into the editable fields. Head Contract Agreement
The following New Zealand Standard forms the most commonly used conditions of contract between the principal and the head contractor. The head contract conditions are referenced in subcontracts and flow through to subcontractors.
